Susan Niebergall,  an online strength coach, podcaster & author joins us to talk about her journey into becoming a strength coach in her 50’s after years of yo-yo dieting. She educates us on the importance of protein, how we begin to lose muscle mass in our 30’s, but it’s not hopeless! We can begin building it back through strength training at any age and we don’t have to be genetically gifted! Today’s episode is part 1 of a two part series with Susan.
