Why would anyone want to "gate-keep" the genius that is Kate Bush? Stranger Things featured the 1985 classic in the Season 4 episode Dear Billy and then TikTok took over, with younger creators claiming they "own" Kate Bush and are gatekeeping the song. What does the term mean anyway? TikTok creator, PotterybyDanielle has a great response with suggestions of other iconic 80's musicians including Peter Gabriel, Tori Amos and Natalie Merchant of 10,000 Maniacs.
